HELPP Vet pricing is based on blocks of time and the level of veterinary professional you wish to use. The average call takes between 8 to 9 mins.


Prices for HELPP Vet:

• Veterinary Specialist : $45 for the first 10 mins, then $15 for each 5min block after that.
• Vet : $35 for the first 10 mins, then $10 for each 5min block after that.
• Vet Technician : $30 for the first 10 mins, then $10 for each 5min block after that.
• Vet Nurse : $30 for the first 10 mins, then $8 for each 5min block after that.
  
  That certainly beats a 1-2 hour round trip to a vet clinic, an agitated pet, and a large bill for advice you could have got instantly on HELPP Vet!

  *The minimum charge is the cost of the first 10min block.
  **If the call takes less than 1 minute, you will not be charged.
