Two pricing models:

1. Instant Connect triage rates:

In an effort to make veterinary advice affordable to all, this model is based on blocks of time and the level of veterinary professional you wish to connect with. It applies when you use the purple button "I'm online - let's talk now". Here is a list of rates:

  • Veterinarian Specialist – $45 for the first 10 minutes, then $15 per additional 5 minutes
  • Veterinarian – $35 for the first 10 minutes, then $10 per additional 5 minutes
  • Vet Technician – $30 for the first 10 minutes, then $10 per additional 5 minutes
  • Vet Nurse – $25 for the first 10 minutes, then $8 per additional 5 minutes

💡 The first 10-minute block is the minimum charge. If your call is under 1 minute, you won’t be charged. The average call takes around 9 minutes.

2. Book an appointment rates:

The second pricing tier occurs when you choose to Book an Appointment with a vet professional through their booking system. Each veterinary professional sets their own rates, and you can select 30 or 60 minutes depending on the amount of time you think you need.
